Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast shipping. Therefore, cancellations or modifications are not possible. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We source all our products directly from official stores in Japan, and depending on stock availability, your order may take 5-15 business days to be processed before it is shipped.
Once shipped, delivery within the USA typically takes 5-7 business days.

If the item is already stocked in our U.S. warehouse, such as some popular items that are pre-stocked, shipping after the order is placed typically takes 5-7 business days to reach you.

We kindly ask for your understanding, as shipping times may vary depending on inventory and stock availability at our fulfillment centers.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package on our website or the courier’s tracking page.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of blind boxes and collectible items, once the product is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns for unopened products and only in the case of incorrect items being shipped. If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open the product and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the necessary details, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: The outer packaging of the blind box may have minor imperfections during transit, but we do not accept returns for such cases. However, if the internal item is damaged immediately after opening, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

A: A blind box is a mystery package that contains a randomly selected character from a collection. You won’t know which one you get until you open it!
